Lucky Draw Terms and Condition

1. The Promotion Period is from March 21, 2012 till June 20, 2012(both days included) (the “Promotion Period”).

2. The Lucky Draw is held on April 25, 2012, May 25, 2012 and June 25, 2012 (the “Lucky Draw Period”).

3. To be eligible for the Lucky Draw, customer must successfully join the Castelo Investments Limited Mailing List through http://www.casteloconcepts.com.

4. There are three Prizes during the Lucky Draw Period. One winner will be chosen each month from customers who are eligible for the Lucky Draw between the starting date of Promotion Period and the day before the drawing date. Date of application will be based on the actual date the application is captured by Castelo Investments Limited. If there is no eligible customer on a certain day, the Lucky Draw for that day will be cancelled and no Prize will be awarded for that day.

5. Winner will be entitled to an IPad 2 valued at HK$3888 All entries of Lucky Draw (excluding winners) will be rolled over to the next round until the Lucky Draw Period ends

6. The Lucky Draw results will be published in The Standard and Ming Pao on April 30, 2012, May 31, 2012 and June 30, 2012. Winners will also be notified by email individually within one week upon the drawing date.

7. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other items and cannot be transferred to other persons.

8. Winner must redeem the Prize on or before the designated date stated on the redemption letter otherwise the Prize will be forfeited.

9. Every customers can only register for lucky draw at once time, duplicate registered will be excluded in the lucky draw.

10. Winner is responsible for arranging transport, delivery and insurance of their own Prize and all taxes, charges and fees in relation thereto.

11. Customers will receive the marketing materials and/or co-operate with and participate in any marketing activities of Castelo Investments Limited.

12. Castelo Investments Limited shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the products or services or the Prizes provided by the respective merchant(s). The respective merchant(s) is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities in relation thereto. In the event of any disputes, the decision of Castelo Investments Limited shall be final and binding on all parties.

13. Castelo Investments Limited reserves the final decision for Prize redemption details.

14. Employees and their immediate family members of Castelo Investments Limited are not eligible for the Lucky Draw.
